REALIS CRANK G G87 15A Product Description 4.5m Swim Range - Conquer Your Target with G87 15A
In 2016, REALIS introduced the 15A model into the G87 lineup, designed with an swim range of 4.5 meters in mind. Its internal body design carries over from the 20A, while the lip has been completely redesigned. By downsizing the lip to reduce air resistance, the casting performance that was already highly admired in the 20A has been further refined, enabling casts of over 50 meters with a 16lb line. After entering the water, it sinks rapidly, just like the 20A, reaching the targeted range and establishing a vast productive strike zone. The action has been tuned to be slightly milder with reduced pulling resistance, culminating in a model that’s not only powerful but also easier to handle.
REALIS CRANK G G87 15A Product Description TECHNICAL DETAILS
By locating the fixed large steel ball—the main weight—on the outer lip of the body, the lure achieves a more forward center of gravity, enabling a rapid, steep-angle dive. An 11.0 mm large steel ball travels all the way to the rear of the body, and thanks to the downsized lip, the lure attains casting performance that exceeds a 20A distance, thereby widening the productive zone. After quickly reaching the bottom, it executes an effective bottom walk—with deliberate, slow pauses that emphasize bottom contact—and also proves powerful during free-spinning retrieves in mid-depth. Finally, the long lip combined with a high-buoyancy body provides astonishing cover performance, boldly targeting rocky reef areas—often avoided by hard plugs due to their tendency to snag.
